General
Welcome to SedanoMartínez website www.sedanomartinez.com and its social networks (hereinafter the “Site”). We request you to carefully read the following terms and conditions (the “TOS”), in view that the same represent a legal binding and enforceable agreement as pertains to your use and interaction with the Site and/or with SedanoMartínez.
SedanoMartínez reserves the right at any time to totally or partially amend these TOS without prior notice. Any modification to these TOS will be immediately in effect. We recommend you to periodically review these TOS.

Applicable Law and Venue.
By using the Site in any way, you expressly accept and acknowledge that, any dispute that arises from the use of the Site and/or the interpretation and fulfilment of these TOS, will be resolved in accordance with the Mexican laws and before the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, waiving any other law, jurisdiction or forum that could correspond to you for any reason.
Language
In the event of doubt or contradiction between the text in Spanish and English, the text in Spanish will prevail.
